Flynn has been with Fidelity since 2016 when she joined as an equities trader for EMEA. Prior to joining Fidelity, she spent four and a half years at Merrill Lynch as a pan-European sales trader following an internship at the bank. Previously in her career, she also undertook a sales trading internship at Sanford C.

McLoughlin originally joined Liontrust in 2015 as a senior trader before working his way up through the ranks to become head of trading in 2016. McLoughlin was recognised as one of The TRADEs Rising Stars of Trading and Execution in 2016. He assumed his most recent role as head of debt capital markets for EMEA in 2022.
