Advantage, founded in 2017 and based in Laurel Springs, New Jersey, is mental health treatment provider operating in nine states. The company is focused on outpatient programs across various levels of care, delivering both in-person and telehealth services.
Clearview, founded in 1999 and based in Stamford, Connecticut, specializes in the acquisition and recapitalization of lower middle market companies in North America operating . The company generally pursues investments in companies with $25 million to $100 million of equity in healthcare and a few other sectors.
